How to Make: Pickled Korean Radish with Red Cabbage

Pickling Radishes and Red Cabbages Pickled vegetables are one of the most common side dishes in Korean cuisine. They are easy to make and can feed a lot of people - they also pair well with just about any main dish (especially Korean BBQ and other grilled meat)!!! Let's take a look at how to make some pickled Korean vegetables! First up: Get some Korean or daikon radishes and red cabbage (much sweeter than white cabbage). You will also need vinegar (about one or two bottles, depending on how much you want to make), and some white sugar. However, you can change up the recipe if you like! Try apple cider vinegar to use less sugar, or use a soft beverage like a lemon-lime soda in place of the sugar. (More on that later!)
